He practically is. Was arrested and jailed for battery and injuring his wife, then fired. Then REHIRED. Police are untouchable, in physical and legal senses. But I agree, something has to be done.

Officer Gary Thomas is going to end up a headline/hashtag when he ends up killing someone. His attack won’t even be discriminatory, whoever crosses his path on the day he can no longer “contain” (I’m being generous with this word) his rage, will fall victim.

Yep -- Two of them, both with badges, guns, and authority, and he calls the young man "scared", as if being scared in that situation (or ANY) is a freaking character fault. He's a real tough guy, the wife-beater. :/
