New take on Dude. No regional dialect at all--upper middle class. Younger here than still photos suggest. I think he's a college student at a known school, and I'd bet a ton he's a football player. Shoulders and build suggest that to me.
Also, if he is a football player it would explain how he broke his nose. Looking at him straight on it's clear it was broken in the past.
Sorry, can only identify they one on his right who is dressed almost identical. That one lives in our small city but apparently buds. He is on FB but booted from twitter.

@Twitter this looks like @ShaunKing is posting a threatening picture on your platform. I don’t know who the guy is but I’m pretty sure Mr. King is not law enforcement.
How is he being threatened? If he didn't commit a crime, then he'll have no issues speaking to law enforcement to sort things out. Unfortunately the video showing him beating another human speak to him committing a crime. You should do your research before posting.
Anyone starting to think maybe this guy might be one of the Russian operatives in this country to start mayhem? Maybe that's why no one can ID him? Time to start watching consulates.
