They have come to the conclusion that killing him is financially smarter I hear.

I recently read the same logic. Apparently it’s cheaper to bury them than process and provide care. Sad times that it’s come to that.

They have cost analysis for it and it is easier to have a dead victim they can smear then a live one that might fight back in court.

Shaun, I agree that the conduct is reprehensible and will not be tolerated in our city or department.

I think it was a black officer who kicked him, too, which is confusing to me.

I get it, but how is that confusing? Race doesn't really count here. He is a cop, kicking a civilian. Abuse of power.

Ask yourself if the man on the ground were white would he have kicked him? If the cop was black & the man on the ground was white, would the reaction by the department be the same?
