I was wrong.
Even though Kevin Smith spent 7 years in a local jail without ever being convicted, and a judge dismissed his case, and ordered him set free, the local DA said Kevin violated his probation before entering jail 7 years ago...BY NOT CHANGING HIS MAILING ADDRESS. I KID YOU NOT.
That DA needs to be charged with prosecutorial misconduct or whatever else would apply.
