If a judge ordered him to be set free, that means that the people who have kept him incarcerated are violating that court order. Now I’m curious to know how long they’ll have to wait in jail before their contempt of court trials.
They need to be sued into bankruptcy.

Kevin Smith was denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial. He should have been freed on this argument alone. Unfortunately, he was born black.

Is it a bail issue? The bail system keeps poor people in jail sometimes for years. It's horrible.
