As someone who lives in the neighborhood directly behind the waffle house and down the street from his apts, how could we feel safe if his dad put his company or house up for the bond or whatever and let him back out on the streets?! So glad they revoked bond!
Doesn't this demonstrate that bail is inherently arbitrary & political? Doesn't it demonstrate that pre-trial confinement is a punishment given to some but not others?
