Before she died, Erica Garner told me that President Obama, Eric Holder, and Loretta Lynch each told her personally that they would close her father's case before Obama left office. I know many of you think those three can do no wrong, but they failed Erica & her family.

Obama, Holder, Lynch had to accept the verdict of the courts. The problem is the court system that allows policeman to go rogue. District attorney's in NY protect bad cops. Stop putting blame on Obama, Holder & Lynch for following Rule of Law. This is beneath you

I normally agree with you. I still believe they accepted the court decision. They aren't like trump who thinks he is above the law.

That's the decision...based on cops Qualified Immunity on Federal level & Implied Immunity at State level. Qualified Immunity will override any procedural violations by cops. That's why we need to change the law. I've survived

At the very least we should be able to admit that Obama, Holder, and Lynch shouldn’t make promises they know they may not be able to keep, especially given their imperfections!! They don’t get a pass when they make mistakes. Accountability is for everyone!
