Before she died, Erica Garner told me that President Obama, Eric Holder, and Loretta Lynch each told her personally that they would close her father's case before Obama left office. I know many of you think those three can do no wrong, but they failed Erica & her family.

Could it possibly be that maybe they just over-promised? Why the slam? I mean the DOJ is just now wanting to file charges. Maybe there was nothing that could have been done before now. I'm asking.
