I am told that the police officer who shot and killed Diante "Butchie" Yarber, an unarmed black man, in the parking lot of the @Walmart in Barstow, CA was previously arrested for a hate crime against a Black couple, plead guilty, and fired for it.
In 2010, this horrific Barstow cop was arrested for a hate crime against a Black couple. He did it. He admits he did it. note in that article, it appears the salary was $82,000 a year - enough of the myth that cops are underpaid, please.
They were aware of his flaw and gave him back his job, knowing he would eventually kill someone. It was just a matter of time. They all must be held accountable. I hope his family sue for a billion dollars. If that's what it takes to end this form of corruption.
