Dear America,
What we are basically asking is for African Americans to be treated by police with the respect, dignity, and safety that is so often afforded to heavily armed white mass murderers.

Oh and they're already playing up his "mental health issues." Which is another term for "Its not my fault, I'm white."
-
His guns were taken away for mental health issues, he thought Taylor Swift was stalking him. His dad gave him the guns back.
-
That's the part I can't get over - "His dad gave him the guns back".
-
He needs to be charged as well.
-
So do the authorities that returned them to the dad. They weren't his so why give them to him? They should have been destroyed.
-
I agree
-
how is it police departments can confiscate the cars and other property of drug dealers and impound them, but we give guns back to the next of kin???? People often lose property in the fight to prove their innocence, but not guns . . . .
-
This is very true.

Amazing how the police always apprehend armed and dangerous white terrorist with zero issues. Yet black and unarmed "suspects" get gunned down within seconds of police encounters.
-
EVEN WHEN THEY ARE UNARMED & IN THEIR GRANDMOTHER'S BACKYARD for starters!!!
-
It would appear that with many in law enforcement being black is automatically viewed as being a threat and criminalized. Either that or they are systematically thinning out our ranks.
-
They don't do as good a job as Planned Parenthood does.

The fact that ACTUAL murderers don’t make cops “fear for their lives”, should make that exact statement moot -forever.

More like kaput than moot
