Sickening! Infuriating!!
Besides the crime of driving while black, there is the lesser known but even more prevalent crime of annoying (intentionally or unintentionally) a police officer while black. That's a felony.
Felonies to Blacks occur often through the police. We have allowed them to become judge, jury, and executioner. What the police SAY on the public report is all that is looked at or listened to. And that can be an exaggeration, a gross distortion, or an out and out lie.
Regarding Black arrests, at least in the state of California, I learned something very disturbing: regarding a specific "crime", there are public police reports AND there may be INNOCENCE PROVING police reports that are sealed to the public (or even to the pd or lawyer).
