Jails are Money makers and vote takers. Justice cost money and if convicted of felony in some states, R’s make it a lot harder to get voting rights back. Iowa has a horrible record of locking up blacks vs whites fir same crime.
There must be money in it.

How is that for development??? There is a real reason that must be addressed. The judicial system is one aspect that must be excavated. At the same time, parents must be challenged as well to step up OUR game.
