Are you sure about that? Banks owners are buying crypto exchanges and build their own infrastructures in a way they can manipulate the market. Crypto space along with legislation lobby gives them more power you could ever imagine

You hit the real problem. The people responsible are not being arrested and going to jail. Fining companies often lets those responsible to get away (not that companies shouldn’t be fined).
