People might be shocked to learn how often FF unions act in bad faith as mob like organizations. I have unfortunate personal experience with this.

FF is considered an honorable profession and for good reason. But when you get bad actors into a system that's a faux pas to criticize, watch out. There was a local fire service contract dispute in my area. I and multiple other people who spoke out received threats. 1/

A series of car arsons, something which there was no record of for 20 years, occurred. Local officials involved were followed home and watched by menacing people. Misleading "dossiers" alleging misconduct of local officials appeared on doorsteps of prominent citizens. 2/

All of this shocked me and deeply soured my view of how this business is sometimes conducted. /end

This is unacceptable! My husband is a FF and this man is not what my husband stands for or believes!

Because they are run but white supremacist.

He has no credibility. Keeping his job means this fire department condones his behavior and in fact supports his stance and perhaps wants people like him on staff for obvious reasons.

Also noted @Hooters called the police on the family not the racist firefighter that spit on a child. I never liked Hooters. Always gave me a vibe.
