So...why isn't anybody asking @Hooters about their manager's response?
You absolutely CANNOT continue to pay a public servant, or anyone paid for by tax dollars, when they display this kind of behavior.
And then he'll proceed to kill a black person one day and get away with it just like the cop that told a black man he was going to kill him and did so!
And that manager will probably just get a job at another restaurant and off we go again.
