Feel like the crazier thing here is that the cops came and just immediately cuffed them without asking for an explanation or anything. This could have been solved with a simple common sense conversation.

We’ve had people in our cafe for a full day who didn’t buy anything and weren’t even meeting with people, a lot of the time people just want free cups of water. So I still don’t understand (well... I DO) why this happened.

Misuse of 911. People get in trouble for this often, why not her? She even called them gentlemen and didn't mention any threat. The police should not be acting as her personal security team.
