I'm so happy for the ultimate result, the removal of the instigator from the flight, but my goodness that air steward sure took his time believing the majority of the passengers. That airline should use that video to better train their staff.

He was probably just trying to avoid the extra paperwork - ammending the passenger manifest, retrieving the bags belonging to the exiting passengers from an already loaded plane (if they did that), reporting incident to airline etc. Might also be worried about a lawsuit.

I'd like to see it as you did but, nah, he was siding with the white racist dude until that very brave woman spoke up and reminded him he was there to protect them all. Not one, but all. I'm glad there was a video.

This is what these type of white people are afraid of but I say it’s beautiful to see assertive people standing there ground. Our intolerance will have to be their tolerance. We out number them, they will have to learn to live in a world full of beautiful colors and unity

In America aggressive whites get away with it. They lie about what happens everytime and cops side w/them. Something triggers them. They project onto Blks and when Blks respond they become madder, call the cops and cops give them satisfaction of having won by making arrest.

Or shooting innocent black people.

The result was good but that airline staff member needs to learn about his implicit bias. He took the white passengers side without even asking the other passengers. It took concerted effort to convince him of the flaw in his approach. That is wrong.
