Just another intentional injustice we endure because of skin color at the hands of systemic white supremacy.pic.twitter.com/VUtMVAuuco

It will take years to restore our country from the damage done by this administration. Minorities, children, the elderly, the poor, and the disabled are first to suffer due to deregulation and budget cuts, and will suffer for many years to come. We will not forget this!

I've never understood racism, and I absolutely do not understand the US in this regard. This govt. In this day and age. That this is tenable.
-
It's an apartheid state, & a COWARDLY one. The apartheid state that decrees blacks must pay more is accountable for that & they may hang. The US has a law to STOP that, so they dump the law to enable the same injustice - it's no longer illegal, so NO-ONE'S accountable.

And then there's this: "..between 2004 and 2014, African American borrowers were twice as likely to receive high-cost loans when compared w/ white borrowers with similar credit backgrounds. Latino borrowers were 1.7 times as likely"http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-wells-fargo-philadelphia-20170516-story.html …

Obama was president during this time. Not saying he could start change and he did nothing for African Americans. It is just the truth.

I'm commenting on the behavior of the banks, not the actions of the government. This has been going on for generations, in every business sector.

I’ve been in the car biz for 29 years, this is as false as it can be, the banks don’t have anyway to know someone’s race, purely based on loan to value and FICO score.
-
Also the loan rates structure has a alot to do with the in house finance person. Since they set deals up and send it to the bank. Most are middle aged white males. Many who will not structure the loans in ways they would if the buyer was white but u already knew that

Just read an article about how African-American women do not get the same level of prenatal care as white women. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! None of this is acceptable! WAKE UP AMERICA!

Nope to the point they are offered donor breast milk. While black moms are given already made formula. Unless they say they are breast feeding.
