The Supreme Court just made the worst decision in 35 years regarding police brutality - saying cops do not have to protect our constitutional rights if they claim to not know they were violating them. How about reverse engineering this and making it a FEDERAL REQUIREMENT for every police officer in the U.S. to learn and know civilians' Constitutional Rights...or they can't be cops. Put it on the exam. You don't know it, NO GUN, NO BADGE.
