It cost $.50 and it’s probably a 400% markup at $.10 to make. The same can in the US has a 2900% mark up, of course taking advantage of this country’s ridiculous share of the worldwide GDP (at 40%).

I was in Cairo 2 months ago, i went there to participate in a medical conference. It was held in kasr al-Aini medical school located arround garden city a few meters away from US embassy in Cairo. I visited many places. And if you have a time you should also visit Ethiopia.
