I love ya. But you’re wrong here-legally, not ethically. The problem is how we train cops. The ethics that our culture instills. system seems to forget that it’s COPS that sign up to risk their lives. THEY, not the public, are there to protect and serve. Including personal risk

Ten years ago the FBI warned that White supremacists had infiltrated law enforcement in troubling numbers and this is likely a result of that. So we have to examine if they’ve been promoted so as to cover for them, including the DA’s office.

I’m simply concerned that cops seem to think if there is IOTA of danger-lethal force is justified. And our legal system seems to support. But-THEY signed up for danger...and to PROTECT THE PUBLIC! Cops seem to have cowboy mentality rather than calming down a situation. Not right
