How can a candidate for DA take money from a group with any sort of connection to law enforcement without violating ethics rules.
I wish it shocked me to discover there is likely a merit system in at least one major city that awards cash prizes to prosecutors who agree to cover up murders by cops. But it doesn't because what else can explain why so many of these videotaped murders are never prosecuted?
