  And not just in prosecuting. These DAs vociferously oppose releasing qualified rehabilitated lifers as county policy. San Diego, Orange County, San Bernardino are some of the worst. Contra Costa not great. Sacramento too.

  Thank you. Spent my first 25+ years in San Diego ('49-'75) and the police/judicial system was brutal to any male who didn't look like Pete Wilson. Long past time to fix this.
