I get the point Shaun, but details on the circumstances of the 27 is relevant. Don’t paint this all as a Stephon Clark type of thing. This is shit Trump supporters do. Strive to be better than they are. Report facts, not numbers.
This issue is far larger than Trump, it predates his rise. Police have been killing unarmed African Americans and getting away with it since at least 1876, (150-years).
Not my debate at all Leon. I agree with what you said. I am on your side. Loosely claiming 27 people were killed and throwing the horrific Stephon Clark situation into it to make them all seem related is not responsible without basis to back it up.

Sad part is they killing and get away with it. I get caught with a pistol my ass going down for 10yrs, yet we come from places they never grew up in and all they think is were violent ppl but they're are able to serve in our communities and take innocent lives in our own yards.

Police knew Dylann Roof was armed & dangerous & still managed to apprehend him w/out a scratch on him. But when it’s an unarmed black man, woman, or child all of a sudden the police have to shoot to kill first & then ask questions later. Nope!
The entire gun debate enters into this, too. Because of the widespread availability of guns in the US, police need to assume that suspects are armed in many circumstances where it's unnecessary in other countries.
You lot need to get rid of so many guns. Australia did it. I'm sure police aren't running around in Australia expecting the person they pull over to be armed, hence less police shootings. Firearms are a use of force option. Use needs to be justified. Of those 27 how many were?
Why is policing the only job where FEAR is a rewarded characteristic. The only job were your opinion of someone's action is enough to prove intent. Police officers can use their emotional state to explain thier actions but a suspect can not react in fear of their lives.
