Cases don't go before the grand jury over night. There is a process and depending on the priority to the DA of the case.

I hope it's not true but we don't know and if it did happen we certainly don't know if it was intentional. And it happens to be a very large man and if he does force himself through in a non-violent manner it could cause some old lady in a wheelchair to fall over, maybe oversold
