As Jsmes' mother, I can feel his pain. I just pray he can remember all the rules and follow them as those who have so nicely responded have laid it out for everyone. I hope in the midst of confusion an innocent man feels when approached by the law officers, they remember too.

The constitution affords citizens to protect themselves from the government. 2nd Amendment. This is a governmental killing. Police are the government.

Black folk are @17% of the population but 30% of fatal Police encounters. They are statistically at greater risk. Do you understand that more whites are killed is because we are such a large % of the population?

This is out of control. Cops are the most well funded gang in the country. They murder constantly without a thought of any consequences. Also they are literal thieves stealing billions in property every year. Until I see a "good" cop arrest another cop they all corrupt.
