This is brilliant. The issue is so clear: incarceration vs education, training, & rehabilitation. Replace punishment, for its own sake, w/ Justice & hope for the sake of our children and our future. Krasner frames it perfectly. Reminds me of the way Jesse addressed this in ‘84
