I’d also point out that the blatant racial profiling of the previous “stop and frisk” policy made it far more likely that people of color would be prosecuted for small amounts of weed than white people carrying the same amount but never being stopped in the first place.

I don't condone its use but think its stupid to waste resources arresting those who have it for personal use and are not selling it.
