Poor white towns across the state depend on prisoners. There is a huge vacancy rate. I think 40%. If they don't up their arrests then many of these towns collapse financially...

Cannabis should remain illegal at the federal level and AG Sessions should intervene to make it illegal in the states where it isn't. It has no place in our society.
