I agree. 1. DJ Envy felt the need to defend his wife. It was too hard and a bit clumsy, but it's better to defend your wife & apologize later. 2. It's never too emotional when defending the one you love. DJEnvy should have never bed put in the position to do so in the first place. Families should be off limits, period.

Mistresses know what they are doing when they play the game. His wife didn't ask for it. Envy is responsible for all of his actions in having this situation arise & should protect his wife to the fullest. Thats what vows are when you take them. Mistresses have no vows.

My issue is how Ms. Fierra is painting this narrative that black men are debating Envy defending his wife. That generalization drives me crazy. Black men and women stay in this constant catch 22 battle.
