  I’m south of Austin, been reading about the serial bombings all day,2 today + bombing Mar 2. Victims in 1st & 2nd bombings were Black & the 3rd bombing victim was Hispanic. Ages ranged from 17 to 80s/ 2 men, 1 woman. Gov Abbott offered reward for info leading to arrest, up to 65K
