Yes but now there are cameras everywhere so it shouldn't be that hard. They caught the kid shooting people in the head randomly at night in Tampa because of cameras.

These are all hardworking family neighborhoods who may not have the disposable income for cameras.

That maybe true but they maybe able to catch the person in street cameras. Possibly the same vehicle leaving each area.

Again...this was in a neighborhood that doesn't get that kind of support from the city.

we have a reverse 911 alert system. is it being used by @Austin_Police or @austintexasgov to warn residents? no, it is not. are city social media warnings being broadcast in spanish? no, even though these are black and latino neighborhoods. safety is not inclusive here. #atx
