But why is that any business of yours? Those people signed contracts they agreed to. If I hire a contractor to build me a house and the market goes up, does that mean I owe the contractor more money because I sold my house for more money than it cost to build?
I'm curious. Do we know anything at all about how much the cast, staff, crew, directors, producers, etc. were paid for Black Panther?

Crew are IATSE union jobs and the hourly rates are dependent on what position they hold and what city they shot in. It’s based on a basic negotiated contract.

Except VFX/CGI workers. Ever notice how CGI has taken over movies? It’s because it’s the only non-union sector of the industry and they can get away with treating highly skilled workers like dirt.
