I suggest that you look back at your own twitter feed because about 80% of your tweets focus on those issues...yet, suddenly, when people call you out for being friends with antisemites, twitter isn't a great platform to use it the way you have for years. Convenient.
Twitter is an absolutely horrible place to talk about emotional and complicated subjects - ranging from race & bigotry to sexual assault and harassment. Sometimes it goes well. You can make announcements. But the discussions are almost universally toxic.

So true, why can’t Shaun ever admit that people differ with him and at times he MAY be wrong. Usually results in a block.

So many people look up to you & support your work. If you are feeling attacked, take some time for introspection. If you made a misstep it’s because you want to support your friends. However, sometimes support means telling them they are wrong not defending them.
