For months, I worked (successfully) to identify & arrest the Neo-Nazis & white supremacists in Charlottesville. Heather Heyer, who was murdered there, volunteered for my projects. Shame on any person calling me anti-Semitic or comparing me to Donald Trump right now. Shameful.
What won't happen - is I won't be bullied into silence - or shame - in coming to the aid of my friends. Just not going to happen. I also won't shy away from complicated discussions just because you are angry. That doesn't help anyone at all.
