Shaun I've literally seen reports that teachers will continue the strike without union support because what union leaders and the governor negotiated is NOT what teachers want.

Mindset change would be interesting. Instead of naturally doing more bc of a raise, the amount being unrealistic, it would be interesting to reduce work effort to a 5% level of what is normal. That is what the wealthy do, take more money & reduce output help. Creates conversation
