Maybe you aren't following the brilliant young people from Parkland, Florida or haven't met the thousands of young people I've met all over the country. If age signified intelligence or even being well informed in this country, how would you explain Donald Trump as President?

The problem I see with 16 year olds voting is that they're much more likely to be manipulated, especially by teachers in the school where they will likely also vote.

This coming from the guy who bashed Lurie over the Kaepernick situation. Why raise the age to buy a gun when the power to vote is as equally dangerous? At 16 they are still developing and have no real idea how the world works

There are educated and informed 16 year olds. However I believe majority aren’t. I feel they would vote more on emotion.
