How about “anybody but Trump” and let Congress and Senate deal w progressive vs. conservative instead of splitting the party and giving Trumo 4 more years?
I am so disturbed by the Democrats in the @DCCC (and assume millions of Americans would be too if they knew) that are making decisions on the future of the party.
They are overwhelmingly conservative and have lost so many seats and so much influence over the past decade.

The “split the vote” is a lie sold by mass media with a stake in centrist economic policy. If the Dems had given Bernie his fair shot in 2016 we wouldn’t have a monster in office now. He would have won by a landslide. Dems lie to themselves about splits and HRC for a reason.

Now is not the time to turn on each other with this progressive purity nonsense! We need to retake congress and as many state governships and legislators as possible in 2018. The DCCC is not perfect but we have seen the alternative. Enough with the divide and conquer!

You're right. I get that a Blue Dog may be the only Dem that can win some districts, but that doesn't mean DCCC should treat blue dogs as the model for all candidates. They want the tent to stretch right, never left.

Yes, they’re picking some real conservatives, but question is: why? DCCC (+ its proxy, Emily’s List) focus on funneling $$ to their favorite political consultants, who reap big profits on a % of ad buys. Is it about ideology or just b/c progressive candidates spend $$ on field?
