Leaders make mistakes/align with bigots, but playing victim/accusing others is Trump/Duke style. Don't ignore hate now, there's no later

Your "Shameful" is not much dif from Trump's "Sad". My question; why Tamika&you&Linda& other humanitarians support/associate with Farrakhan?

Also I wrote to you as supporter of
@womensmarch and of your work. I'm disappointed to see this now familiar approach to being questioned.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

My
: I'm not a racist, but I go to the KKK rally and take pictures with DD. I'm not anti gay/antisemite but I go t LF rally/take pics. Diff? -
I've been fans of you both for years. Farrakhan's terrible, in spite of what he's done for us in the black community.

The comparison is not to the character of the people mentioned, it’s to their similar tactics of dodging an association with a known bigot. It’s got a very “good people on both sides, both sides” feel to it. We all know you fight for the little guy- unless you have to condemn LF?
-
Seriously- how is it this hard for you to condemn hate speech as someone who dedicates his life to fighting oppression, racism and injustice? What is it that we’re not getting here? You won’t even address it when the question is put to you. I truly don’t understand it.

As a Jew, Ms. Mallory's unwillingness to address this issue makes me supremely uncomfortable. I have spent a lifetime admiring leaders only to discover their anti-Semitism or hatred towards another marginalized group. A movement for one must be a movement for all.
