I told friends that if the 'Broken Window' theory was a valid and useful theory that they need to use it on themselves. You can't cover the actions of bad cops and keep the peace. Your trustworthy value is eliminated at that point. Starting from ground zero each time it happens.

In Georgia that's false swearing, false report of a crime, forgery and I'm sure violation of office. If I repped someone they arrested I'd bring this situation up each and every time; they no longer have credibility to do their job effectively
