I don’t think Tamika is a bigot: I deeply value her activism. I DO think we need to have this uncomfortable conversation about the very real rise of anti-Semitism on the left. I’ve been an activist and on the far left for decades; it’s the worst it’s ever been and it scares me

That’s very general. But not a condemnation of Farrakhan or at the very least, his anti-Semitic statements. Unless I missed something, you seem to diligently avoid addressing it specifically. You usually call things out by name. Why is this different?

And the fact denouncing Farrakhan's anti-Semitism (and homophobia/transphobia) is SO FUCKING EASY and she still hasn't done so directly makes it harder to be trusting for those of us who don't know her.
