So who exactly are the “enemies of Jesus” Shaun?

Have you ever been to a Black Church? We often use illustrations that clearly aren’t resonating with you that have nothing to do with anti-Semitism. I see the enemies of Jesus as the establishment.
-
I’ll answer your question honestly. Yes, in my career as a journalist I have been to black churches many times. In many states. It’s a shame you can’t see dog-whistle Jew Hatred for what it is.

it's not even a dogwhistle, it's just out therehttps://twitter.com/Yair_Rosenberg/status/969612747804725248 …

I don’t think Tamika is a bigot: I deeply value her activism. I DO think we need to have this uncomfortable conversation about the very real rise of anti-Semitism on the left. I’ve been an activist and on the far left for decades; it’s the worst it’s ever been and it scares me
-
That’s very general. But not a condemnation of Farrakhan or at the very least, his anti-Semitic statements. Unless I missed something, you seem to diligently avoid addressing it specifically. You usually call things out by name. Why is this different?

Then she is wiling to stand by bigots and how is that any different?? Why are you so willing to defend this? What makes our voices so different that you can blindly call us wrong over and over?
-
Renounce Farrakian. That is all anyone wants from Mallory and Sarsour and anyone else associated with the women's march right now. Do I as a Jewish woman not deserve to be included and feel safe?

The depths of Farrakhan’s Jew-hatred is beyond perfidious. He blames Jews for perpetrating the Holocaust. He blames Jews for pushing America to war. For being behind 9/11. For controlling media & gov’t So “call out hate” Shaun, and call out those who attend his speeches

Tamika made a bad call. Real friends challenge us when we get it wrong. That's what we hoped you'd do. Instead you, as a non-Jew, has decided that unquestioning loyalty to your friend overrides our voices & experiences. Anti-Semitism may matter to you - but just not quite enough

Not a bigot, just happens to be fine (and potentially agree) with people who say horrible things about Jewish people. Okay.

Shaun. Thank you. I have met
@TamikaDMallory and greatly admire her. I also read what Farrakhan reportedly said Sunday. If true, those words are hurtful, hateful, homophobic and anti-Semitic. I would be so very grateful if she would address and denounce those sentiments. - 1 more reply

She is spouting traditional antisemitic language seemingly in response to cheering a violent antisemite (among the other bigoted things like homophobic, transphobic, misogynist, etc...). So, my friend isn't an antisemite, believe me, won't cut it.

@ShaunKing You can’t like Farrakhan & even promote his tweets and also deny that one of his fans supports Farrakhan’s anti-Semitic message. FTR, I have dealt with Farrakhan several times and he is not one you should be admiring. Anyone who likes him IS accepting his antiSemitism.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. You'd rather defend a buddy than admit she openly admires a hateful bigot and sings him praise. Sad sight to see.
