If hospitals did blanket drug testing, probably a third to half their staff would be fired. Or more. And here we are... only certain people get in trouble for this stuff.

I believe blanket drug testing should happen at random times in police departments, hospital staff, everywhere. Can you imagine how quickly MJ would be decriminalized?
