  I’m a native West Virginian. My aunts were teachers and I’ve still got friends teaching in WV Public Schools. They are asking for so very little—just enough to survive.

  My daughter is a student teacher, already spending her own $ on classroom supplies. She has no income yet. No elementary or middle school in my county has a library. During the strike teachers are handing out food to kids who otherwise would have none. But yes, let's buy guns.
