"Legislation" = proposed law, not current law--so would likely be legal for him to influence it as a person/party leader. If he used actual law/policies to hurt them for their action (aka "speech") it would be illegal.

Legal or not, this is sadistic and arrogant behavior. This is ridiculous behavior for this ELECTED official.

I find it refreshing that he conflated an "attack on the NRA" as an "attack on conservatism." Now the obvious cat is out of the bag

He spelled " I am in the pocket of the NRA, bought and paid for, and I don't have a chance of re-election" wrong.

Man I thought allowing market forces to determine the actions of a company was a core conservative ideal. Guess not when it comes to guns.

Hmph, making tax policy based on political preferences. Reads very much like the authoritarian regime in North Korea.

Yet another example of the
#Conservative version of a#FreeMarket: Always let the market decide & give handouts to corporations...UNLESS a company does something that's "disloyal" to#Republicans. Then, all of a sudden, Big Government in the boardroom is OK with them.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Legal or not, the proclamation demands an in-depth, forensic-like examination of
@CaseyCagle’s finances during his entire government tenure!#Georgia - 1 more reply
