It's like that in a lot of organizations, most people don't experience abuse but *some do* and the ones who do are always of lower status and not believed.

As aware from having a GF years ago married to a US NFL players, the infidelity (including her husband she found out after having 3 children, then kicked him out & divorced) was rampant and included cheerleaders, fans, women at the bars, apartments where they lived. Disgusting.
