I don’t know what the cops will do. It was a natural thought for me. Dogs are brilliant, intuitive and skillful. If I were the parent I would not hesitate to allow it.

They are. I have 2 and they’re smarter than I am, def.

I smell foul play. An aggressive search is necessary asap. No one disappears without a trace, leaves everything behind and gone for that long and not call it suspicious.

Especially not someone in that kinda position... they don't disappear unless they've learned something they weren't supposed to know.
