Yes. The problem is that in the populous cities, the split is about 70%-30% in favour of progressives. Elsewhere the split is more like 55%-45% in favour of regressives. Overall the progressives have more people, but the regressives more districts.

I knew Houston was blue now . . . but I actually hadn't realized Dallas was blue too. That's cool. I used to travel to Austin and Houston a lot for work Not a huge Houston fan (too much sprawl), but really like Austin.
