The greatest existential threat to white people & their safety/security is, w/o a doubt....white people. But because the white security apparatus mainly thinks of people of color, immigrants, & Muslims as their greatest threat, they miss warning signs.https://theintercept.com/2018/02/16/florida-shooting-nikolas-cruz/ …

The crazy part is, he is not white. His name alone tells us this. The kkk would not have let him in. Crazier is our brown people keep showing us hatred but want us to join their fight. What's up with that?

Following your argument: Would you say Cameron Diaz is NOT white by virtue of her last name?pic.twitter.com/G6BcQJ77NK

Jesus Christ I can’t believe you write for a respected publication like the Intercept. This is blatant trolling for clicks. This article is meaningless - your headline makes no sense either. Do you really believe the FBI refuses to investigate potential shooters if they’re white?
-
That is not what is being said. POC immediately & without cause are perceived as a threat whereas white people are not. Because of this warning signs about white violent offenders are often dismissed, when the least perceived threat from a POC will gain a response.
-
You are correct. Yet this shooter was perceived as a threat nonetheless. The entire town perceived the threat.

Thank you for putting into words what I’ve been thinking since he was apprehended without being shot. If he were black or brown he would’ve been immediately killed when found. So much must change for this nation to heal

The main point that whites and non-whites are treated differently is understood. But not sure if I want to make race the primary factor in EVERY issue. This makes racism or discrimination some type of commodity that can be used to gain eyeballs on a tweet.
