The United States is not #1 in much. Not education, not healthcare, not economic equality, none of that. We're #1 in mass shootings and mass incarceration. It's not even close. That's where we lead. This is what we're the best at.
I see at least one thing changing about mass shootings in America. People are angry. Very, very angry. The devastation is still there, of course, but our nation is growing increasingly furious about the lack of genuine concern from politicians.

Politicians aren’t going to fix the problem.That’s not what they’re in office to do.We as a society have grown too damn dependent upon the http://government.How about we fix the problem. How about speaking up or telling authorities when you see a problem that might get bigger.
As long as the ones in charge put their personal agenda’s before public safety & public health there will never be change. We have a president who I feel just ran for president just to say he did, stole the White House with Russia’s help & can now check it off on his bucket list.

But are we angry enough to reach out to loners in our schools? Our neighborhoods? To help them feel loved & included. You don't have to wait for Election Day to start helping.
